If you need to use Neat Video in one of those macOS versions, you can do that using Neat Video 5.3 (available in your account). Note: several older versions of macOS (10.9.5–10.12.x) are no longer supported by Neat Video 5.4 for technical reasons.
The installers of Neat Video 5.4 plug-ins have been improved to make the installation process smoother in Catalina and Big Sur.
